Our state-of-the-art order entry system maintains the rules and regulations of the facilities that we serve.  Therefore, we prevent the shipment of unauthorized merchandise at the order entry level rather than in the facility package room.  Returns, exchanges or reships because of inmate transfer are handled promptly and courteously.

We cannot be responsible for return shipping if an item or package is not allowed. If a package is refused or if a call tag is required to return refused or disallowed merchandise to our warehouse, the cost of the call tag and/or shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
