California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation
(CDCR) to sell merchandise to inmates. For the past
20 years, we have served inmates, facilities, commissaries
and canteens by providing quality merchandise with
unmatched customer service. Jack L. Marcus offers competitive
prices, brand name merchandise and facility-approved
items, such as clear electronics.
UPS shipping is FREE with a $100 order.
Our state-of-the-art order entry system maintains the rules and
regulations of the facilities that we serve. Therefore, we prevent
the shipment of unauthorized merchandise at the order entry
level rather than in the facility package room. Returns, exchanges
or reships because of inmate transfer are handled promptly
and courteously.

from 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Central Time. If you would like

Please
note that while we strive to maintain the most up-to-date
rules and regulations for each facility, per the CDCR, it
is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the package
is properly designated as quarterly or special purchase and
that the merchandise selected is approved for each individual.
We cannot be responsible for return shipping if an item or
package is not allowed. If a package is refused or if a call
tag is required to return refused or disallowed merchandise
to our warehouse, the cost of the call tag and/or shipping
will be deducted from the refund amount.
