Placing
an Order
The
CDCR approved Jack L. Marcus Catalog is available for browsing
at your convenience. We have no minimum order, however,
please keep in mind when ordering a Quarterly Package, that
the recipient is not allowed another package during the
quarter and we offer FREE shipping with $100 orders.
Please
be advised that facilities have unique restrictions regarding
the merchandise that is allowed. Additionally, some facilities
require an approval form in order to deliver merchandise
to an inmate. If the approval form does not accompany the
order, we cannot ship the merchandise.
While
every effort is made to keep our computer records as up-to-date
as possible, facilities rules change from time to time. For
your protection, we encourage you to check with the facility
before placing your order. It is the buyer's responsibility
to make sure that the package is properly designated as quarterly
or special purchase and that the merchandise selected is
approved for each individual. We cannot be responsible for
return shipping if an item or package is not allowed. If
a package is refused or if a call tag is required to return
refused or disallowed merchandise to our warehouse, the cost
of the call tag and/or shipping will be deducted from the
refunded amount. Please allow 15 days after receipt of your
order for delivery (this includes package room processing).

To place an order by phone, please contact our customer service

Mon.-Fri. from 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (Central Time). To expedite
your order, please have
your Master Card or Visa credit card information, ID number
(if applicable), privilege group and shipping information
ready.
You will also need to designate the
shipment as a Quarterly
Package or a Special Purchase.
Please
note that credit card orders are limited to $250 monthly
per
customer for each inmate.
To protect your personal
information, all credit card orders must be phoned
in.

Mail:
